I was attending Hope Chapel Kane‘ohe and played music with the worship team. The leader, Mark Souza, wrote original church music. I thought to myself that I could write church music also and put together a bunch of songs. I invited two of my worship team friends to help me record a Christian album, which we did in a little over a week.

It won a Hoku Award in 1992.
